Tier 1 — genuine OEM

Sourced through authorised distribution channels in the UAE. Supplied with certificate of origin and authenticity documentation on request. This is what you buy when the part is critical, when the engine is under warranty, or when the failure cost dwarfs the parts cost — which on a large genset it usually does.

Tier 2 — reputable branded aftermarket

Donaldson, Baldwin, Mann, Fleetguard, Leroy-Somer and similar — bought through those brands' own authorised distributors. Several of these companies manufacture the original equipment part; the box is different and the component is not. We offer Tier 2 openly when budget matters, and we name the manufacturer on the line so you can judge it yourself.

Never counterfeit or grey-market

And never aftermarket sold as genuine. This is the whole point of the business. Counterfeit Cummins parts circulate freely in this region, they are visually convincing, and they are sold as genuine at genuine prices by people who know exactly what they are doing. We would rather quote you an honest Tier 2 price than an dishonest Tier 1 one.

What this means on a quotation

Each line carries its tier and its own price. A single order can mix tiers — genuine injectors and branded aftermarket filters on the same job is a perfectly sensible purchase, and it is one you can only make if someone tells you which is which. Where we think the Tier 2 option is a false economy, we say so on the line rather than quietly quoting the expensive one.
