Send the part numbers and the engine details. Every line comes back with its tier stated in writing and priced separately, so you can decide where the budget goes.
What speeds a quotation up more than anything: the engine serial number, the CPL on a mechanical engine or the ECM calibration on an electronic one, and a photograph of the rating plate. Where the enquiry touches controllers, AVRs or protection, we also need the genset serial — those parts follow the set rather than the engine.
If the set is down, say so. We will split the shipment — air freight through Dubai for the lines that ground the set, sea freight for the rest — rather than holding everything for the slowest item.
